“I look forward to returning”

The facilities are excellent, the staff are very helpful. Although the hotel is situated about 30 mins by road to Kowloon, it has a regular courtesy bus service to the airport and to downtown Kowloon, plus it is only a short walk thro the shopping centre to the KRC rail station which takes you easily quickly and comfortable either downtown or to the Shenzhen border crossing.

“Good value for money”

Next to one of the biggest shopping center complexes in Hong Kong and on the metro to Hong Kong.. a 20 min ride to Hong Kong. The price was about 1/2 what you would pay in downtown HK. The windows don't open which makes for a semi stuffy room but that is the norm for HK. Very good buffet breakfast with very good service. I will definitely stay there again.

“Perfect value for money”

It is a great hotel and really worth the 5 stars. We think that it is a good alternative if you stay a few days. It is not too close to the typical Hong Kong attractions, but having the MTR next door makes it easy to get everywhere with only a little extra of time.

“Fabulous!”

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and it didn't disappoint. The rooms were clean and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. All the reception staff spoke very good English. The hotel is brilliantly located, with excellent public transport links to popular destinations and the shopping centres adjoining the hotel means that if you need anything, you can get it right on your doorstep. We didn't try the hotel restaurants, even though the food looked lovely, as there were plenty of food outlets and supermarkets downstairs. A particuarly nice touch was a safe within the wardrobe - we were able to go out knowing our cash and other belongings were locked away safely (no pun intended). Only one negative point - the room's smoke alarm is directly above the bed. If you're prone to getting disturbed by flashing lights at night, hang on to any eye masks you receive on the plane out! We'll definitely return to this hotel whenever we go to Hong Kong again!

“very impressed”

The hotel was very well appointed nothing was too much trouble and every member of the staff fell over backwrds to assist with anything that was asked. The bedroom was in a first class condition and was extremely comfortable in every aspect. The dining and breakfast facilities were excellent with good menu choices. The position of the hotel was very near the main MTR railway station and taxis were in abundance. So for getting to Kowloon or Hong Kong Island or the airport was no trouble.

“The most friendly and efficient hotel”

The staff was perfect and check-in was quick and friendly. The hotel is close to the KCR station and I found traveling around Hong Kong to be extremely easy. Everything about my stay was enjoyable.

“Very comfortable, great service, will certainly be back.”

Stayed here for two nights on business. The room / suite was lovely and for a fantastic price. Didn't have time to try out the pool but it looked great when I did a recce. The American-themed bar seemed popular with western visitors, and I get the impression that it is a home from home for some. Very firendly and helpful staff. I was visiting companies in Chang'an town, so the location was good but not perfect - I could have booked somewhere closer but went for this one based upon the reviews. Glad I did, and I will certianly be back.

“Royal Park Hotel Sha Tin”

This was a very friendly, comfortable hotel with superb facilities. The pool(half in the open air), gym, steam room etc were lovely. The hotel was connected to the local 7 floor ultra-modern shopping centre, which led to the MTR (Metro), perfect for travelling anywhere in Hong Kong. Value for money was outstanding.
