I have nothing but good things to say about the Harbour Plaza. Although we had pretty much randomly selected the hotel prior to our trip to HK, it exceeded all of our expectations. The staff is very curteous and friendly - with fast service when there are minor issues to report. The hotel is very clean throughout. We have already extended our stay at the hotel to 3 weeks - and would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at this location in the past and always will stay here because of the close pr oximity to the //subway. The rooms are clean, spacious nd tidy. overall \i would give this location thumbs up.

“Very happy with our stay”

Although a little out of town the metro station is right at the hotel and from there you can go anywhere. Plenty of breakfast eateries nearby and a supermarket across the road. Highly recommend getting an Octopus card for use on the public transport. Purchase on day 1 from the metro station and you can refund the balance before you leave, very convenient. This hotel was very comfortable and I would recommend for a short stay.

“Relaxing Hotel”

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! It was clean and the workers were nice and helpful. The MTR was very close to the hotel. I enjoyed using the pool and exercise room and also the nearby park. The MTR was very close. I would recommend this hotel to other people traveling to Hong Kong. Thank you.

“Very good value suite in Hong Kong”

Due to the high cost of real estate in Hong Kong, most moderate hotels have tiny rooms. Harbour Plaza North Point is an exception and its rooms are huge by comparison. We had the one bedroom suite which was great for 2 adults + 2 kids. They even gave us a partial ocean view with the spectacular sights of Victoria Harbour. The suite was very clean, spacious, and even have a kitchen. Service was very good, as are the facilities. The kids really enjoyed their nice large outdoor pool, and the hotel is really close to the MTR station(3 minutes across the street), tram, and the airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. The only caveat is the location of the hotel is kind of isolated and not close to any commercial areas. Its located in a residential area, with some offices close by. However, its 1 subway stop from Tai Koo Shing, a very large shopping complex. The Quarry Bay MTR station is also a hub for HK & Kowloon, so getting around is very convenient. This is the perfect hotel for a family, or if you want ample space for 2 double beds on a budget.

What a city!! Good location, I really wanted a view of the harbour! The view of the harbour was looking between buildings so it wasn 't very good.

“Excellent Value”

This is a well managed hotel.The reception staff are friendly, helpful and efficient.The rooms are comfortable and the facilities good.(There was only one draw-back whilst we were there and that was the plumbing facilities:because of problems the toilets in the whole of the hotel were out of bounds for several hours one day.Hoewever the problem was rectified and it did not affect our overall impression of the hotel, but may well have disconcerted people arriving on that day.) The public areas are spacious, well furnished and there is a happy friendly atmosphere.The location is excellent in that the subway station is very close ,giving easy access to the city center and other locations.
