"What a quaint little place this was! We loved our time in Thorpe Bay and this little apartment was just perfect. One note is that I believe there had been an animal sitting on the sofa because I had a horrible allergic reaction the night we were there after laying on it. I am more sensitive than most and soft surfaces do retain traces of animal hair/dander longer. The property is well set up with everything you need inside and a private enclosed garden for our furry friend . Totally recommend great hosts great place great price great getaway ."

"The stable was much bigger than the photos show & was veer clean & spacious with everything to hand. The owners Jan & Nick have thought of everything. The garden & woods are lovely, we were lucky to be there with the bluebells in full bloom. Enjoyed seeing all the animals including horses, rabbits, squirrels & lots of different birds. The stars are amazing when the night sky is clear. Lots of places to visit, we went to Rye, Hastings, Canterbury & Bodiam Castle."
