"The hotel was clean, nice room; however checkin was very slow. Only one employee at the desk at 6:00 PM which is probably the busiest time. There were 4 people in front of me and when I was done, three people behind me. When I came back down 5 minutes later to go to dinner, the line was out the door. The employee was very nice but did not apologize for the wait. He was doing the best he could though. "

"Overall a great stay. The only downfall is that the rooms are SO far from the elevators and amenities. Wish they’d add an elevator on the other end. Otherwise 10/10. Breakfast included. Outdoor pool was nice. Very quiet. Room was clean. We had a king with a pull out sofa which my daughter said was uncomfortable. Bathroom is pretty small."
