"This property is definitely a hidden gem on Melbourne Beach. The remodeled modern style rooms are quaint and perfect, as we had an ocean facing room and couldn’t have asked for a better view. The grounds are immaculate and the staff is extremely hospitable and courteous. You will need to drive a ways for food and entertainment, but the stay was definitely worth it! 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND! "Property is nice and clean. Location and price make it worthwhile. If you’re going to stay here make sure you bring more bedding or blankets as it does get chilly at night. Rental manager does not keep extra on hand and didn’t provide any than what’s on the bed. Improvised as my son slept on the couch. Can’t adjust thermostat which wasn’t a big deal for us. No kitchen but tons of stuff to eat close by and grocery right down the street. Air fryer would have been very helpful."
