"This property is definitely a hidden gem on Melbourne Beach. The remodeled modern style rooms are quaint and perfect, as we had an ocean facing room and couldn’t have asked for a better view. The grounds are immaculate and the staff is extremely hospitable and courteous. You will need to drive a ways for food and entertainment, but the stay was definitely worth it! 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND! "The house was exactly as expected from the listing. It was very clean, fresh, and modern. Our family used the pool, hot tub and patio a TON. The neighboorhood felt extremely safe and friedly. Though we didn't know the neighboors, it felt like we fit right in. The walk to the beach is just 5 minutes, and the bathrooms and showers near the beach were a nice perk. It was so nice to have some beach supplies at the house. From boogy boards, chairs, noodles, sand toys, a small sun umbrella and a wagon to haul it all. We also really appreciate VRBO's that have some cooking extras (like salt, spices, pam spray, etc.). These aren't guaranteed, but I would suggest going to the house first to see what may be available, then go grocery shopping after (Publix is only a 5 minute drive). We contribued a number of extra sundries for the next family - but were happy to do so. We would absolutely be willing to return for another stay in the future."

"We absolutely loved our recent stay! The house was beautiful and accommodating for a large group. The beach was extremely close and you had access to very clean bathrooms on the beach so you did not have to walk back even though the house was close. We were also able to heat the private pool at an affordable cost which was nice since it was cold towards the end of our stay. The management company was also very responsive and answered any of our questions in a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again!"
