Friendly staff, very large room, coffee pot, complimentary water, fridge (albeit very small), hotel bar with food service (limited but tasty). "The area surrounding the hotel was busy with construction work but the interior of my room was very well insulated so the noise was not a problem. Its in a great location for walking to all hot spots including Bourbon Street, Ceasar Palace , Food, and other attractions. The a.m. desk clerk (cant remember her name( was great and ver attentive. Great custmer service. The rooms were putdated and not as clean as i like but i bring my own disinfectant wipes to wipe down everything. Other than that...

I did not feel safe at night walking out by myself in this area. Also, request a room with a courtyard view. My room was on the exterior and as the buildings are close in NOLA, the crackhead gentleman living next door chose to sit and look on my room whenever the curtain wasn’t completely closed"
