Cons: not much but the main thing was the very smelly hallway they have from the back door that leads to the reception. "The gentleman that ran the breakfast buffet, was so wonderful. When we checked out of the Hotel, it was raining and we had a 2 hour wait before our train. He let us stay in the dining room for comfort and kept checking on us ….. mind you it was closed in the restaurant…. Offering us tea or coffee. So kind !!"

"What a wonderful place to stay. Friendly staff, management, and owners. I got delayed on my way into Imterlaken and the manager stayed a bit after closing to make sure I got in. Top notch hospitality! This hotel is a perfect home base for exploring the Jungfrau region. Affordable and comfortable. highly recommend getting breakfast as part of your stay. I will be staying here again next time I am in Interlaken. Cheers!"

"We absolutely loved our stay here. As Americans visiting Switzerland for the first time, this property was super unique to us. We had incredible service and felt so welcomed. Just note that there is no TV in the room (who needs it with views like that) and the walk up to the hotel is pretty steep. If we ever come back to this area we will for sure stay here again. "
