I had entered the city a little bit earlier than expected and within five minutes a staff member was there to assist in letting us in, even though they were not operating during these hours. "Die Zimmer waren sauber und ausreichend groß. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, aber ohne Balkon. Ich würde ein Zimmer mit Balkon empfehlen. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze gegenüber dem Hotel und ein Parkplatz mit Schranke für €5 pro Tag den wir genutzt haben. Wie würden das Hotel für ein paar Nächte empfehlen, jedoch nicht unbedingt für einen Badeaufenthalt."

"I had great hopes for this hotel but fell short a little. The property is nice and well done but does not offer anything beyond a room and a, lets call it "sufficient" breakfast. Unless you use the spa area which looks great on the pictures, there is just nothing else. The view is great, the location is great and the hotel is in great condition. Hence the reason for the 5-star but it sure is lacking something a little more. Parking is a bit of a pain and loading/unloading should be better...

"15 minutes outside Riomaggiore, which I was worried about at first, however it was really nice to leave the busy town and the bus schedule was convenient. Large patio with amazing views. Incredible restaurant just up the street (il Borgo di campi) family owned, great food, two of the best meals we had on our trip to Italy. Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is very well located near the main restaurants and in close proximity to the Satazione Centrale, Central train station to ride the train to Monteroso, Vernazza and the other towns in Cinqueterre. The down side was that we had some ants bothering us in the bathroom."
