But to get to either, you’re walking through a not so nice neighborhood filled with police, which should make it safe. Pool on top of the building with a bar and breakfast was really nice. "There are a lot of stairs to go up, the elevator is a single one from I think 1930 and I wouldn't trust it. No garbage pail in the room. It was difficult to find, through a big wooden door with no sign from the street. However, with this being said, I would still recommend it. It was very clean, free mini bar restocked everyday, right beside metro and train station and the people were great, very helpful. if you can overcome the stairs I would highly recommend it."

There was a taxi strike in the morning so the hotel arranged a private car for us and we were before the breakfast hours so Angel also arranged box breakfasts for us which were fantastic.
