“napoli”
Taxi drivers take you to the wrong hotel, so be careful. They also rip you off, as the drive should be only 20 euros. Hotel entrance is sketchy but beautiful once you get up to the 2nd floor of the actual hotel. The surrounding neighborhood leaves something to be desired.
“If you have to stay in Naples...”
This poor hotel is trapped in a very scary and dirty city. The staff was SO helpful and the service provided there was first rate. They went above and beyond to make sure our every need was met. The breakfast room is beautiful as you will read in other reviews and our taxi took us to the wrong hotel first. I think I heard of that happening to someone else too on the site. The outside is dirty and creepy but once you get to the second floor it is like you are in a totally different place. If I had to return to Naples, I would use them again.

“Charming hotel in perfect location”
We loved everything about this hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful, responsive, and fun to talk to. The room was spotlessly clean and maintained that way throughout our 4-night stay. The bed was comfortable and the room completely quiet, the perfect combination for a good night's sleep after each busy day. An ample supply of good-size towels was refreshed every day. A delicious breakfast was served each morning in a room you'd go to a museum to see. The location was ideal for everything we wanted to do in Naples. We were able to walk to the hotel from the port, where we had arrived from Capri. We were also able to walk from the hotel to the airport bus and the central train station with no problems. This was in addition to being able to walk to sites we wanted to see or to bus stops that took us to those sites. It was great to be close enough to come back to the hotel and rest in the afternoon between sites. Hotel staff recommended wonderful restaurants where we had great service and food. A computer at the front desk available to guests made it easy to keep in touch with folks at home and to print out our boarding passes for the flight home.
“Very good hotel”
The hotel fully met all our requirements. The hotel is an old refurbished building. It is located in the old part of Naples, the hotel itself, room & bathroom were spotless clean. Breakfast was very good and hotel service excellent. I strongly recommend it and I if I go again to Naples, I shall no doubt stay there.
