Reception staff were super polite, however cleaners need to spend a little more time in the rooms. Our room was dusty, walls were stained, rubbish found from previous guests and food under the sofa. Booked the Ellis room thinking it was the renovated one but it didn't look like the pictures. View was great of the ocean and hotel was located perfectly in walking distance to all restaurants and amenities

The property is in a great location, it is close to the beach, and all other shops. It has good facilities like swimming pool, gym, games room, tennis court and basketball court. It is clean and has good housekeeping services. Will come and stay again next time.

The staff at the Cumberland was amazing. They were so helpful, polite and nice during our stay. They went above and beyond to welcome us to their property; it was very clean and super convenient. They had lots of extras that they included like beach towels, equipment, game room, indoor pool and sauna. Our family loved this place. Highly recommend over VRBO that left us with a poor experience.

Place needs a Reno very old, dusty and quite dirty feeling. No air con in bedrooms only a slit in the lounge which made unbearable on hot nights. Getting dinner was horrible because of the amount of people, made it a long wait. On a positive staff friendly, indoor pool well kept and beach/playground across the road which is convenient.
