This fantastic location is only a short stroll to the main beach, restaurants and supermarket with no steep hills to climb.

Bel-Air caters exclusively to holiday makers requiring superior accommodation with modern ammenities. The separate downstairs teenage retreat with full size TV and sound system provides extra space for the kids and privacy for the parents.
Reverse cycle air conditioning allows you to keep cool in summer and warm in winter plus a cosy wood heater provides the perfect ambience for that special winter holiday.
Facilities
Bel-Air is equipped with the latest state of the art facilities for your comfort and enjoyment. The master bedroom has an ensuite and queen size bed. The 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed with bunks in bedroom 3. Linen hire is available on request.
Other facilities include, spa bath, TV (Upstairs living, downstairs rumpus), DVD, Blue Tooth Sound System, fully equipped granite kitchen with dishwasher, BBQ, washing machine and dryer, table tennis and lock up garage. Everything was clean, linen was provided as requested. Was informed about issue with door lock on main bedroom beforehand. We enjoyed the table tennis set up in garage area. Good location.

We enjoyed our short mid week stay in Lorne at this property.
Had plenty of room for multiple guests and is close walking to main strip and beach.
Has a few stairs and internal level stairs to be weary of for little kids.
We loved the location of this place and found it had everything we needed in excellent working order.
We didn’t love the additional cost for linen and felt the doona’s were not clean.
Overall it was terrific and would recommend it but bring your own linen.
I stayed with my family, my parents, partner and baby (3 months). There was a portacot for the baby, which was great. Awesome view of the sea from the front balcony. We had barbecues most nights. We also used the washing machine and dryer with no issues. I would bring my own doona cover next tome, even though they are upplied im not sure how frequently they are washed and changed.

Great location but...
The location was great but the stay could have been better....
The emailed code to respond to the host was invalid on each of 6 attempts to respond.
The floors and bathrooms were clean, but the house was pretty dusty. The outdoor areas were not clean.
The TV did not work and we got 2 half empty toilet paper rolls for 5 adults for a 2 night stay.
This property is in a great spot. Easy walking distance to the shops and the beach.
Great communication from the property manager, which made our stay easy and enjoyable.
This property is spacious, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with separate toilet. Its location is fantastic, just a short walk from Lorne restaurants. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils. The best feature is the balcony, with views of the ocean through the trees, and a great place to view the sunrise. Thank you Noel, we enjoyed our stay and will return.

What a beautiful house to stay in at Lorne… in an amazing spot, short walk to Main Street & beach. We instantly felt at home, had everything we needed, enjoyed bbq breakfasts on the balcony overlooking the tree tops & ocean in the background. Just magical! Noel was so accommodating & lovely to deal with. Thank you for a beautiful stay, we would definitely recommend.

That was a wonderful experience worth repeating. The place had everything we needed including total privacy. Playing ping-pong in the garage and feeding cockatoos while cooking BBQ stake on a spacious balcony just added a final touch to our complete satisfaction.
What a wonderful stay. Everything we needed was on hand. Big pluses Were:-
The proximity to town- short walking distance
Wood fire- easy to light and kept us nice and warm on chilly nights
Comfy couch and Netflix and reliable WIFI to keep the teens happy.
We’ll def be back. Thanks to Noel our host for making it so easy.
