"Only made reservations because was told i could check in later once cleaning ppl got rooms cleaned.told to return in 2 hrs..returned in 3 and it was 1pm..they made mexwait till 3pm saying rooms werent ready..room i got ivwas parked there for 2 hrs and no one touched the room for them to say they had no rooms ready.Couldnt get a refund and had a job to do at 3pm so had to reschedule to be able to chrck in."
