“Pleasant surprise”

The location was fantastic. The hotel is just off the beach with,terrific walking paths up and down the coast.its close to local restaurants and shops be sure to look out for the Thai restaurant next door - freshest food around. The games room was such fun were i revisited my youth playing air hockey. The beds were large and comfy with a huge kitchenette and plenty of tea/ coffee facilities. Towels were fluffy and new .The price was great. My brother and I loved the walk way across to Twin Towns and enjoyed the bands each night. We even took our 77 Year old mum out and she had a ball!. I hope to take the family back next summer.

Room was clean and modern. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The patrolled beach was easy walking distance from the Outrigger. Would definately go back again!

“Convenient Coolangatta”

We arrived at 9:30pm and went through the check in procedure very quickly. Breakfast next morning in Signatures restaurant was excellent and with access to the Twin Towns Club via an enclosed walkway over the main road, we were very quickly settled in to our morning routine. A bus stop at the front door of the hotel made for very easy transport to other areas of the Gold Coast. The free Internet Cafe made it very simple for us to make a very late booking on a local tour. We will definitely stay here again

Stayed here for 2 nights and can't really fault it. Staff friendly and enthusiastic, location close to the beautiful beach (though one block back). And the breakfast included in the tariff was outstanding for a buffet. Would definitely come again.

“Fantastic Stay”

I had called a couple of days before our arrival as we were arriving on an early flight from Sydney and asked if we could get an early check in. The lady was very friendly and said she would see what she could do. When we arrived at 9am we were surprised to hear that they had upgraded us to a deluxe room and the room was ready to go. We were very excited and pleased to hear this. We also had buffet breakfast which was included in our deal and it was amazing. So much food to choose from. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is in a great location with a bus stop right out the front.
