“Great Hotel in Surfers”
Beautiful hotel and wonderful amenities! We enjoyed the pool and the restaurants. Close to the beach and lots of great shopping!
“Amazing rooms right in the heart of Surfers”

“A stay to remember!”
My boyfriend and I stayed at the Hilton for new years 2012. Our room was everything we expected plus more. Our room consisted of a huge king bed with a beautiful lit headboard, enourmouse bathroom and an extraordinary view of the surfers paradise beach. Even though the period we spent at the Hilton was considered to be a noisy time, once the windows were closed the room was completely noise proof. We enjoyed many wonderful nights with exceptional buffe breakfasts in the mornings. We would highly recommend the Hilton and guarantee no disappointment.
“Friendly attentive staff”
We stayed in an executive room on level 13. I found the room to be quite nice but it appears to be set out for one person staying rather than two. An extra chair and amenities for two would be nice. Comments about noise at night are accurate. We found the service in all areas to be excellent and highly recommend the executive lounge.
“Pleasing stay”
Location of hotel is fantastic! Condition of our room was very clean & kept extremely clean daily. Hotel overall was also very clean including facilities such as the pools - wonderful! Furniture, equipment and interior of hotel is highly modern & stylish - love it. Loved that the check-out time is 12pm - later than the usual 10am check-out time for most other hotels. Staff (reception & concierge) were pleasingly friendly and helpful, but at the same time highly professional. The only hiccup I had was that I wasn't advised of the "holding fee of $300 on my credit card". I only realized this when checking my credit card account once I returned home from my trip. It caught me by surprise as I'd already paid for the hotel accomodation when booking via Expedia before the actual trip, so I didn't understand why there was a $300 amount being held by the Hilton. I had to call up and follow up. So my suggestion for improvement would be for reception staff to always give customers a heads up on this during check-in, instead of having us follow it up ourselves. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton - would definately return.
“Great Hotel to Sat in”
Location is fantastic. The rooms are good as well, along with he staff. I good place to stay in.
“CENTRAL EXPERIENCE”
Very central - our first night was a disaster! our room had a horrible smell from the bathroom. The staff were great they tried to fix it and eventually moved us to another room. It worked out well, the 3rd story near Caville Avenue was so noisy we would have had trouble sleeping. We were moved to the 10th floor and it was alot more relaxing. Would recommend if you want to be right in were the action is. All other facilites were clean and restaurant for breakfast was very nice.
“Great room that most will never get to”
Great room excellant bathroom and very high quality toiletries The problem with this hotel it two fold Cold and sterile granite environment I felt like I walked into a unpleasant office space The staff lack experience so e one needs to teach them that when five people are in a line waiting and they are looking at you you don't have to ignore everyone just smile and say we will be with you shortly , maxing for a Hilton
“Should've slept in the nightclub!!”
The Hotel is in the heart of Surfers Paradise and a few metres walk to the beach. The pool area is large and modern with a variety of pools from a plunge pool to an indoor pool. I will never book this Hotel again as the noise in our room all day and night was beyond belief. The part that upset me most of all is that the management were fully aware of the problem when they placed us in the room. The management have apologised for the inconvenience, but this does not replace the enjoyable relaxing weekend we paid for.
