"We had a wonderful time. The house is stunning; the location is fantastic and the host was absolutely brilliant in being supportive and available for questions at all times during our stay. Likewise the security gate managers were so helpful, and all the staff at the cafe and pool were just so nice. The property has amazing views of the lake, it had all the facilities and equipment we needed and was very comfortable for 6 adults and a small child. We would definitely book again."

Ollivia was an absolute joy to deal with - from the initial booking through to accommodating all of our requests and numerous questions she made the whole process so smooth and easy. The house itself is wonderful - incredibly spacious, clean and with a great selection of activities (pool table, ping pong, pizza oven) and has an excellent tv and sound system...

"Location was different to what's on the map (it's right next door to the New County Hotel). The apartment was lovely though, looks like it's been recently refurbished and was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. £250 damage deposit seemed quite excessive. Not sure if they get a lot of trouble as housekeeping also came in during stay but didn't do any cleaning, make beds, or fold towels etc (I only knew they'd been because they folded...
