A charming, self contained home next to a green nature reserve. The home is fully equipped with a queen bed in the master bedroom, two king single beds in the second bedroom, dining room, living room and kitchen. There is a small outdoor space with a BBQ.

HEATING - Split system airconditioners and heaters. Portable heaters in bedrooms. The large heater in the living room wall isn’t operating at the moment but the split system next to it runs just fine and will keep you cosy.

FOOD Help yourself to everything.
DISHWASHING Please do your dishes before checkout including emptying the dishwasher.
CLOTHES WASHING Washing detergent, drying rack and iron in the laundry. Use short, cold setting where possible.
BBQ We try to always have gas available. If it runs out the nearby service stations do gas bottle exchanges. Clean after use otherwise a $50 cleaning fee applies.
PETS Clean up after your pets otherwise a $50 fee applies.
RUBBISH Please put all your rubbish out in the correct bins.
SMOKING Outside only. Ashtray provided.
VISITORS No visitors permitted unless by prior arrangement.
LOCAL AREA Just behind the back fence is a lovely reserve with a walking track along the creek that many guests enjoy using. If you’d like to go for coffee or a cafe meal, we recommend the Woodhouse on High Street in Belmont.
MAINTENANCE We endeavour to have our properties in great condition for every guest. If you do find a problem please report it so we can fix it as soon as possible.
