The Spa Experience includes: Hydrotherapy Pool using Sopot’s mineral rich water, Hamam – low steam, gentle heat and inhalation using the local therapeutic saline water, Finnish Sauna, Aromatic Steam room, Ice Fountain, Sensual Rain Showers, Tepidarium with Heated Loungers, Swimming Pool and is available at a charge to hotel guests.
The SPA Experience and treatments are not available to children under the age of 16. Special pool operating hours for children apply (11 am to 6 pm). SPA at Sheraton Sopot is closed for maintenance first Monday of each month.
