Get much for your money

Good location, nice rooms with good size, the bed is a little hard and there is to single beds instead of one doubble.

Hotel is in great position, new building but staff extremely unfriendly and not willing to help, there is no coffee or tea in the rooms and when I was booking I was not notified about hotel being split in two different rooms category’s. One with windows towards train lines and ones are not, plus hairdryer in the bathroom was useless no heat at all and WiFi was not working at all in our room as soon you walked in to the room it was cutting out totally and they didn’t worry at the front desk to resolve problem at all. But it is within walking distance to everything like square and beach so everyone has to decide for themselves, myself i would not stay there again for money i payed there are better in the area

In a great location for monte casino, the beach and restaurants The good / bad point is it’s by the station. Handy to get trains but a bit noisy even with windows closed The room was great - could’ve give with an extra pillow but other than that no problems

Ryddig og stort rom. God service fra personalet. Hardet senger som knirket bare man snudde seg. Sengene stod ikke i stil til resten av hotellet og rommet når det kom til kvalitet. Kunne vært noe bedre renhold i dusj. Dyr frokost om man ikke bestiller dette med overnattingen.

Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Leider haben wir eins mit Blick zu den Bahngleisen erwischt. Die Züge waren auch nachts zu hören. Bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen, ging gar nicht. Die Zimmer auf der anderen Hotel-Seite sind dagegen ruhig (wissen wir vom letzten Besuch). Das Zimmer wurde zwischendurch nicht gereinigt - schien ein Versehen gewesen zu sein. Wir haben dann an der Rezeption neue Handtücher erbeten. Handtücher hatten teilweise Flecken, weswegen wir sie nicht erneut benutzen wollten. Frühstück war super, aber teuer - wir konnten es nicht bei der Reservierung buchen und mussten jeden Morgen zunächst bei der Bedienung bezahlen. Das Personal an der Rezeption schien etwas unmotiviert. Wir würden trotzdem nochmal buchen und wohl explizit ein Zimmer Richtung Stadt erbitten. Die Lage ist einfach top und das Auto ist in der Tiefgarage gut aufgehoben.

Fantastiskt läge, stora, luftiga rum med kassaskåp och kylskåp. 10 minuters promenad till stranden. Tyvärr likt många andra hotell så fungerade inte avloppet i duschen. Vattnet rann inte undan, vilket inte är fräscht.

Boka inte railway room

Bokade två rum, ett av rummen var badrummet dåligt städat. Men det åtgärdades av hotellet. Bokade railway view rum men hotellet ligger precis intill järnvägen så tågen hörs tydligt i rummen. Bytte rum till cityview och betalade extra, mycket bättre. Rummen är spartanskt inredda och känns budget, men hotellet har också betydligt lägre pris än andra hotell i Sopot. Frukosten var sådär, men ni kan lätt hitta många alternativ på gågatan utanför som är bättre till lägre pris.
