Weekend trip.

we spent 3 days in this hotel. it was absolutely fantastic. the staff were friendly, the spa department was fantastic, the breakfast was good, they made good drinks in the bar and we had a really good experience at the restaurant in the hotel - the food and service we got there were top notch. the location was about a 10-minute walk to the center of Sopot.

Very good hotel

It was a nice stay. Hotel and staff very nice. Very helpful staff. The room was clean. Only thing returning in the evening at 8 pm was difficult, the platform was not lit. I am after hip surgery- and was afraid to go because I could not see anything. The leaves were not cleaned up either. Another issue was the spa area - there should be some maximum number on the pool because it was impossible to swim completely. Other than that thank you I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel

Lovely hotel and have stayed here a few times - lots of company conference so struggled to be served at the bar on an evening - pool needs attention as steam broken and lots of pieces of mosaic floor broken Room - very comfy bed and quiet - Shame beach loungers not available as it was a sunny weekend and would have loved to lay on the beach

Ground flor looks reach and posh but first floor a wee bit old fashion. Bathroom definitely not a 5 star. Breakfast super expensive. if 4 people would pay for breakfast this would double the cost of room. also price for parking was shocking

Disappointed and dated

We have stayed here a few times but this time disappointed with how tired the hotel is looking, small things like curtains in the room hanging off and grout missing so the shower leaked. Pillows were strange so didn’t sleep very well. Issues with the key too, our friends were worse they literally kicked the door in and replaced the whole lock and the next day it was broken again ! Jacuzzi not working either and swimming area broken tiles and dirty. A real shame because it could be so nice. Room was OK but due to lack of upkeep and cost we will look to stay somewhere else next time.

Savner 5 stjerners opplevelse

Vi har bodd på en del 5 stjerners hotell så forventninger er deretter. Hotellet er fint i seg selv men de må jobbe mer med totalopplevelsen. Savner følelsen av å "bli sett" og savner smill (vi smilte hele tiden!) og vennlighet. Selv om vi fikk det når vi skulle sjekke ut i form av nybakte kjeks. Det var topp. Andre ting man forventer på et 5 stjerners hotell: gratis solsenger på stranden. Mer SPA følelse på SPA avdelingen. Strykejern på rommet. Servering av kaffe ved bordet ( frokosten). Det som var veldig fint å se er hotellsjefen. Hun hilste på alle gjestene og hjalp til i frokostserveringen. Veldig bra!
