"The condo was beautiful, very clean, and the perfect size for us. The absolute best part was the location. There was entrance to the beach right across the street. Also, the entrance to the condo complex was right on 30A so convenient when visiting Rosemary, Alys, Seaside, and Grayton State park. Very family friendly and safe. "It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The cons were that we were on the first floor and there was constant noise above us from kids jumping on the floor at night and the mornings, no hot tub, and there wasn't an in-room safe something we are used to seeing. The other issue was expedia was displaying the room for $256 total as member for two queen beds for hours I tried to book/pay that over 15 times each time it said it's unavailable yet it was still showing available online and there was the same queen room for $296 total increased from $286 for the same two queen beds, but non-member price which is what we paid even though we are members. I would really like a refund of the difference."

"We'd been here a couple years ago when it was a Marriott. I do like the cheaper price for the exact same experience. Basic store for emergency items or sodas or whatever, very convenient to the beach. However, they don't have any chairs or umbrellas so if you're out of towners, you're kinda of on our own. Same for any food options.plan to do some walking, most places are within 1 mile either way. Also, you can walk down the beach a hundred yards and rent an umbrella and two chairs for like $32 for 4 hours. Frankly, 4 hours under this sun in June is plenty for us Minnesotan's 🙂 As for transportation, if you don't have your own vehicle, plan on Uber or Lyft as there is no longer any public transportation. Overall, a pleasant experience."
