"Was great view right next to presidential suit. Ocean view and state park. 4th fl view form balcony. Excellent bathroom! Bed one of best I have experienced. Pools great beach as good as it could be. Had breakfast at Beachwalk cafe 4.8! The ladies did the spa were very happy. "

"My rating is low because I will check in time was April 2 checkout time April 5 our room was not clean until Saturday, but no clean sheets was put on the bed. The bed was half made up just throw together. They didn’t wash the tub out and they said they don’t wash out the tub not unless it’s a for a five day stay or extended stay when the sheets be changed off the bed we left to come back from Eden. Our door was open. It was not locked. We just walked right in so it wasn’t secure and it wasn’t safe so that’s why I gave them such a low rating and they was not so polite. I will not stay there at that hotel again."

"Such a fun week and the accommodations were perfect for our family of five! The house was comfortable and had everything we needed... and more! I am particular with cleanliness when staying places and I was happy with the cleaning job done before our arrival. The pool got a ton of use by our kids and it was a bonus that the ice cream truck came by everyday! The beach was a quick easy walk with a nice public beach and morning walks were amazing! Dottie is so great to communicate with. If our travels bring us back to Destin, we will definitely stay at Destin-ation again!"

"Wonderful experience! This was our first trip to Destin, we visited at the end of March. We lucked out on gorgeous 70-75 weather and had the pool heated. Our crew included three families with a total of 8 children. The house was perfect for our needs. The layout was perfect for the age span of the kids and the separate spaces for grownups. My parents especially appreciated the separate pool house space ;-) The house was exactly as pictured, clean, and well stocked with all the necessary items. We had an absolute blast taking am and pm walks on the beach, playing in the pool during the day, and movies at night. The house is situated perfectly to the beach, restaurants on scenic 98 and 98 and I thought the proximity between the harbor walk and Miramar beach was excellent for excursions. The beach was gorgeous white sand and emerald water and well maintained. Anything we needed for the house was handled immediately by our host contact and the correspondence leading up to our trip was top notch. I absolutely would stay here again and the kids are already talking about going back next year. "

"The condo was clean and as expected from the listing. Communication with the owner was fantastic. He was kind and quick when I texted him with questions. I brought my son and his 8 friends for their senior spring break. There was enough room for all the boys to have beds and I had a little privacy in the front bedroom. I liked that I had my own sink and toilet and only had to share a shower with the boys. I loved being right on the beach and I could see the boys playing on the beach while I worked on my laptop on the balcony. We also loved the location on the beach- it was toward the end close to Henderson Beach Star park and much quieter than other areas of the beach. It was so nice to have chairs and an umbrella put out for us each morning. I would definitely stay here again! "
