“visitors from UK”
Very pleasant hotel with helpful multilingual staff. Breakfast disaster on first day due to mass group departure but thereafter good. Nice clean rooms. Walkable into Florence for the sights.

The helpfullness of the reception staff was excellent with adice of where to eat and taxis etc. The breakfast staff did not look happy and it all seemed a bit of an effort. The choice for breakfast was fine although the bread could have been nicer. Thank you for a nice time.
“Terrific Stay”
The hotel was within walking distance of the city centre and attractions. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. The hotel restaurant was a hidden treasure with well presented and very tasty meals.
“Good Hotel with pleasent staff”
Very impressed with overall condition etc, of the hotel premises. Found staff very helpful especially in reception. When I looked at the previous reviews before my visit I was expecting the hotel to be disappointing. All I can think is the poeple who completed the previous reviews thought 1 was extremely satisfied. Can not think off any down side to the hotel.
“Nice, a little far from center of town”
This hotel was comfortable, affordable and friendly. The breakfast which came with the room was pleasant. The elevator was a big point as most of our hotel stays in Europe did not have that.
“not the best”
staff although helpful once you got their attention, wern't overly attentive. breakfast not up to standard with cold coffee and powdered fruit juice. staff unhelpful. there was a single bed in our double room which wasn't needed or asked for. out of city but quiet and convenient for most sights.
“Not so impressed by the hotel but staff very nice”
The first room we were given unfortunately smelled of cooked cabbage so badly we had to change rooms after trying everything to air it out. The staff however was very friendly and helpful. Also the hotel is about a 10 EUR taxi ride from the city center and the buses don't run very often so it's probably possible to get a comparably priced room closer to the center and save 40 Euros a day.
