"No idea why this property has such bad reviews, I thought it was great! The only thing I didn’t really like was the mirror/window in the room which meant you could see into the bathroom from the bedroom - maybe not ideal if you’re not travelling with a partner and are travelling on business! Other than that it’s a lovely hotel, very modern with a really nice bar in the lobby. I will definitely be back if I visit Munich again. "

"This is a good alternative to an ordinary hotel, as each room has its own kitchenette. I think that's where the positives end. The hotel is near a busy highway, and the window in my room did not shut properly, meaning I could hear the road all night. There are some issues with cleanliness. My toilet had a suspicious "present" in it upon arrival, and there were someone else's hairs on the shelf. I have pictures of these but still spare you."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property owners were very accommodating and provided additional information about the area. There was a market and butcher within walking distances. The Bahn was an easy 10 minute drive. The property was very clean and comfortable for the two of us. Next time we go to Munich we will look to return to rent again. "Our stay was pleasant. The breakfast was phenomenal and the hotel staff was nice. We found the check in process slightly confusing but once we got in the room was tidy and as described in the listing. Unfortunately, one of us was bitten multiple times by a bug or spider while sleeping. Overall, we enjoyed the town and the location. I would stay here again but being my own bedding."

"This is a new, very clean property about a 25 minute walk, or one U-Bahn stop, from the Munich Messe. Very comfortable, and inexpensive compared to other options available. My problem was that any messages I tried to get to the management went unanswered, which disappointed me. This is a residential and light commercial area, the number of restaurants is limited, but all the rooms have kitchens, so I would recommend you eat breakfast in your room and have dinner wherever you are before...

"The location is great being so close to the airport - although it’s not really walkable as there is a highway you need to go down to get to the airport. There is a local bus which stops right outside and takes you to both terminals which is convenient. The room was very nice with really modern furniture and fittings and amenities. They also give you complimentary coffee and tea and chocolate in your room as well as a small breakfast that is available very early for even the earliest morning...
