Stay during Oktoberfest

Very clean and tidy, reasonably priced during Oktoberfest. Walking distance to train station. No laundry as listed on US website, some confusion on listing. Overall enjoyed our stay.

A wonderful place to use as your base in Erding. Apartment was very clean and well furnished. Bedrooms were comfortable and generally spacious. Host was wonderful and helpful when we had question. Also has an undercover parking spot for a car which was helpful when it snowed.

Close to Erding and Munich

The flat had plenty of space for our family of six and was in a great location. We could walk to downtown Erding, as well as to the train station to go into Munich.

Sehr nette Vermieter. Große Ferienwohnung die keine Wünsche offen lässt, sogar TV in allen Schlafzimmern und zusätzlich noch in der Küche und im kleinen Wohnzimmer.Therme Erding direkt um die Ecke und bis München City ca. halbe Stunde mit dem Auto.Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch einmal kommen.

Aufenthalt per se gut. Gastgeber super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wohnung an sich war recht sauber. Die schränke waren von Innen teilweise dreckig. Im Bad waren noch alte Produkte (vielleicht von vorherigen Gästen) in einer dreckigen Schublade. Die Stühle auf dem Bildern im Essbereich sind mitlerweile andere. Die Spühlmaschine hat erst nach manueller Reinigung der Düsen richtig funktioniert. Unter Wasshservice verstehe ich was anderes. Es muss zu einem SB-Waschsalon gefahren werden. Smart TVs kann man keinen der 5 TVs in der Wohnung nennen. TV funktioniert, modern oder Smart ist an den Geräten nichts. Gastgeber Top, Lage hervorragend, Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Wohnung so la la. Hier aber auch sehr streng bewertet und für die meisten volkommen ausreichend.

Leider fand die Kommunikation fast nur per Mail bzw App statt. Einen Hinweis auf eine evt. Lärmbelästigung erhielten wir auch nur per Mail nicht persönlich. Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön. Bahnhof Altenerding in 10 Minuten erreichbar.

Die Gastwohnung war sehr großzügig gestaltet von den Räumen und sehr sauber gehalten. Bei der Einrichtung hat nix gefehlt. Sie ist mit Treppenzugang zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war sehr freundlich. Sie haben sich super gekümmert, damit wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hatten. Wenn Fragen waren, kam sofort eine nette Antwort. Es war ein superschöner Aufenthalt für uns von 17 bis 82. Vielen lieben Dank!

Schöne Wohnung und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ruhig und erholsam. Alles ist wie beschrieben und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Einen Parkplatz gibt es direkt vor der Haustür und ein Rewemarkt ist auch ums Eck. Zudem kommt man von der Wohnung gut zur Autobahn, was für uns sehr gut war, da wir auf der Durchreise waren. Wir empfehlen diese schöne Wohnung gern weiter.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in Erding

Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub in einer schönen Wohnung, in der alles vorhanden war, was den Aufenthalt angenehm machte. Die Kommunikation mit den sehr freundlichen Gastgebern klappte gut. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super für Ausflüge nach München und in die Umgebung. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Gut für Kurztrip

Grundsätzlich fanden wir die Wohnung sehr schön und für unseren Kurztrip super. Wir fanden die Matratzen aber leider ziemlich durchgelegen und bspw. der Wasserkocher könnte hin und wieder mal ein entkalken gebrauchen.

Sehr freundliche Familie die uns alles gezeigt und erklärt haben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 2-3min zu Fuß entfernt. Parkmöglichkeit vor der Wohnung. War alles sehr schön und in der Wohnung war auch alles vorhanden was man für einen Kurztrip braucht. Werden sicher mal wieder kommen.

Weihnachten 2023 in Erding

Wunderschöne, große, geräumige und helle Wohnung in mitten dem idyllischen Altenerding. Waren spontan auf einer Suche für eine Unterkunft über die Feiertage und wurden hier bei Familie H. sehr nett und freundlich erst per Chat und dann in live empfangen. Wir sind als kleine Familie mit Hund angereist was auch nicht selbstverständlich wurden aber herzlichen willkommen. Und haben eine Nacht dort verbracht da wir unsere Familie die in Lengdorf wohnt besucht haben. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen weil echt alles vorhanden ist was man für einen Aufenthalt hier in Bayern benötigt. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal wieder kommen.
