“Quality seaside hotel in Brighton”
The hotel was in an extremely good location on a nice part of the seafront and a short walk to the pier and lanes. We had a seaview room which was lovely and romantic and would recommend requesting this type of of room. The room itself was a very good size, very comfortable and also clean and tidy with modern features, and will definitely be staying there again when I go back to Brighton. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family, that's how good it was.

Staff were friendly and obliging but did not have a good enough knowledge of the town of Brighton and its attractions.

Everything OK apart from our room had a locked adjoining door to the next room. You could hear every cough and fxrt from the next room.(Worth bearing in mind if you're there for a dirty weekend! I wasn't, I was with my wife).. WiFi was free but couldn't get a signal in our room, the corridor outside OK but not our room. Recommened the scrabbled eggs and smoked salmon for breakfast, the portion of salmon was huge!

Hotel was clean and tidy. Staff very helpful. Rooms were small but nice.

Stayed just the one night at the Kings Hotel and I was very impressed with the service received by a young staff to everything I asked. No complaints. One observation at breakfast the cereal and toast is a help yourself before the items on the menu iis offered. This is not made clear by serving staff. Not a big deal though.

The hotel was fine, clean, if a little warn at the edges, suited my needs and was good value. The staff were very friendly and most importantly - I had a hotel with working showers! The WiFi needs improving though.
