"We REALLY enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very accommodating and the amenities were great. We had 4 teenagers and 6 adults and everyone had the space they needed to relax and have fun. The pool provided a nice place to cool off and the views of both the sunrises and sunsets were spectacular. There were plenty of options for people to get out on the water on the creek side and the access on the river was just as nice."

"We had a great stay. At one point he heat went out and we were out for the day and they had the issue fixed before we returned how. The home was very nice and the extra space was very relaxing. Our stay was extended with no problem. We would defiantly stay here again when in the area."

"We had a wonderful stay. The house was just as described, a cozy cottage perfect for relaxing with beautiful riverfront views. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the living room and main bedroom we used were comfortable, and the sun porch had great views where you could relax in the AC. The patio had a great dining table/umbrella, and the dock was perfect for fishing. Thank you for a lovely getaway cottage!"

"Such a lovely stay. Super hosts. Property exceeded our expectations. Connie had the Cottage nice a cool for the hot, muggy weather. She came across from her home to help us in, gave us a tour and was so welcoming. She had left us water and snacks in the frig as well as a welcome basket on the counter with a card. We will be back for future visits. A delightful find!"

Visit to Northern Neck to see family 45 minutes away
"We were sold on the rental because of its size, location, and pet friendliness. The hosts provided an immaculate, spacious, and attractive rental, complete with bedding and towels. The kitchen had all the necessities, including lots of flatware, mugs, glasses, plates, pots and pans. Dishwasher, coffee maker and Keurig were also provided. Full clothes washer and dryer made it possible for us to do our laundry and pack it clean for home. Home is nestled overlooking the river. Expansive windows made us really appreciate the view. More family would have stayed with us, but plans changed unexpectedly. Great communication with hosts. Guests are expected to take their trash to the dumpster a few miles away upon departure. Having visited the Northern Neck before, I had anticipated that. Hosts provided directions to dumpster and it was easy to find. Air hockey was fun and spouse enjoyed televised football. I caught a movie on Netflix. We would really enjoy another opportunity to stay there in warmer weather."
