“Conveniently situated at the railway station”

Picked this hotel as we were flying in to Dusseldorf on an evening flight and were able to take the S-11 train line direct from the airport to Dusseldorf railway station. The hotel entrance is straight out of the station concourse so its was easy to check in, leave the baggage in the room and take the U-bahn straight into the Old Town for dinner and an evening on the town (though its only a 15 minute walk). The reception staff were friendly, helpful with maps, directions, etc. Security was good (needed room key card to operate the lift and also reception staff had electronic control of the main entrance door).The rooms were smart, clean, functional (similar to Premier Inn in the UK) with very comfortable beds. Didn't take their breakfast, but instead had coffee etc in one of the outlets on the station concourse. Would recommend to both business travellers and tourist visitors.

Overall a very good stay and would recomend this hotel.

“Comfort Stay”

Comfort Stay This is neat and basic business hotel, as it is right on the Banhauff it it convenient to go out and have a late meal or snack, do a bit of shopping around the terminal. Inspite of the cold weather conditions - one can stroll and see people around.

“Great location”

The hotel appeared to be understaffed with only one member of staff working at the bar (which was full) and the reception. Compared to other Ibis' this one seemed particularly inefficient.
