There is no elevator on the property requiring you to carry bags, suitcases or other items up a narrow spiral staircase to the reception area. The reception area is unprofessional, and not attended in the morning for checking out until late in the morning . The room was not serviced during our stay, dishes and utensils were put away dirty. This property seems to have been a converted apartment building with disjointed rooms with unconventional floor plans . Our room was large but not very functional. The king size bed did not have a top sheet and comforter but instead 2 twin size comforters for bedding . I would not recommend this property or stay here again. The only redeeming quality was the location. It is a short walk to the restaurant and bar district in Alstadt.

Niemand an der Rezeption. Bei den zwei Rufnummern, die vor der geschlossenen Tür hingen, nahm keiner ab. Ich musste einen vorbei gehenden Hotelgast fragen, wie man den Zugang zu seinem Hotelzimmer bekommt. Vergebens E-Mail geschrieben und mehrere Anrufe getätigt, bis dann nach einer halben Stunde jemand kam und die Rezeption öffnete. Als erstes habe ich ein Zimmer bekommen ohne Verdunklungsgardinen. Das habe ich umgehend gewechselt. Das zweite Zimmer war sehr klein. Nicht die Premium Suite die ich gebucht habe. Habe dann ein Zimmer (Nr. 12) bekommen welches sehr schmal ist. Der Fernseher zu hoch montiert, SEHR kleines Bad/Toilette ohne Spiegel. Ich war sehr enttäuscht. Meine nächsten Aufenthalte werden definitiv nicht mehr hier stattfinden.

Zimmer nicht wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Die Premium Suite war ein normales Zimmer im ersten Stock. Im Zimmer war es sehr staubig. In meinen drei Nächten Aufenthalt war der Zimmerservice nicht einmal da. Einmal sah sie mich um 18 Uhr ins Zimmer gehen, da hat sie die Reinigung für die anderen Zimmer gemacht. Vermutlich wollte sie dann nicht in mein Zimmer gehen. Dennoch ein No-Go. Die Bodenleisten wurden schon ewig nicht mehr geputzt. Austattung ziemlich heruntergekommen. Die Bettdecken hatten gelbe Flecken und haben auch nicht mehr gut gerochen. Das einzig gute war das Bad. Der Rest der Austtattung war enttäuschend. Wenn man nicht lüftet, riecht das Zimmer sehr nach alt. Meine bisher schlechteste Erfahrung in Düsseldorf. Preis Leistung stimmt hier leider überhaupt nicht.

Wir wurden sehr nett begrüsst und erhielten auf unsere Anfragen hin kompetente Auskünfte. Das Zimmer (und die umgebenden Räume) waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die ruhige Lage in der Nähe der Königsallee und der Altstadt kam unseren Wünschen voll entgegen. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen.
