“Good for early airport departures”

Not many nearby attractions but the airport was close, we actually walked from this hotel to the airport.

“Economical Hotel Close to Airport”

My husband and I were only at this hotel for a total of about 8 hours, so I really can't be a great judge of things. We just needed it for one night to stay close to the airport. We had a late flight in the night before and an early flight out the next day. It served its purpose. It is about a 5 minute drive from the airport, and will cost you 10-15 Euro for a cab ride from the airport. The only real drawback was that the shower curtain was a bit too short for the shower, making it difficult to take a shower without splashing water everywhere. But maybe that was just our room. The room was spacious and clean and we slept fine.

“Dirty, poorly maintained, noisy and smoke-filled”

The smell of cigarette smoke was overpowering throughout the Hotel, from the Lobby to the room; carpets in the room were stained; it was very noisy; and the shower had no pressure.

“Poor Quality”

We needed a room for one night to catch a flight back home. We checked in and asked for a wake-up call the next morning. The person at the desk agreed, but then told us we must use our own alarm. He said that if they forgot to call, he would not be responsible for our missing our flight. The room was clean enough except the mattress had stains on it and was only covered by a single sheet. The bathroom had no bath mat to stand on after showering , no shampoo, and no wash cloths. Even though it was an inexpensive hotel, a friend of ours stayed at another hotel nearby that offered breakfast (included) and free transportation to the airport. Our hotel charged several euro each for bus service. For very little extra, you can find a hotel that offers much more.

“No service and no smile”

This is a basic low budget airport hotel. However, the staff is very unhelpful and practically rude. Also, there is no shuttle service from the hotel to the airport which is reduculous. Its not an airport hotel without it. A cab ride will cost around 15 euro.

“Overpriced chain”

This hotel just felt grimy, bed was super uncomfortable and the whole place smelt like smoke even in non-smoking halls, not a good price for mid week either. Some of the staff was rude especially later night guy. We spent two weeks in Ireland and this was the worst place for cleanliness and value. We just needed a place by the airport and I wish we would have stayed in the city again as the drive is not that far.

“Could their be any more noise”

We had booked 1 room and reserved they reserved 2. There mistake seemed to be an inconvenience that they took out on us. There appeared to be quite a bit of coming and going of what I could only compare to student digs. We were flying out at 7.00 the next morning so had opted to stay in Dubln overnight so we would be more relaxed. The party continued between various rooms upto 4.30. Not a good start to anyones day. I would rather travel the next time than stay here. Terrible place to stay
