"Great location and the public spaces are great. Rooms are beginning to get a little tired, particularly in the bathroom where fixtures and fittings were broken. Staff friendly, although some bar staff don't seem to know what they are doing which is a shame. It's one of my favourite hotel spaces in Liverpool, but at its price point it could be better. "This small hotel is a real find and only a 5 minute walk further out of the centre than were used to. It made it for it with excellent attention to detail and good quality room amenities. The hotel is staffed remotely and we had a problem with locking our door. We sent a WhatsApp and got an immediate response from Geoff who sent someone to fix it straight away.
