"The hotel is very nice overall. If you arrive late (as we did, after 22:00), there is no one at the reception (not sure if it exists). However, you receive a code by email that lets you into the room that was recently redecorated. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good. Plenty of free public parking around the hotel."

"Highly recommended ! Friendly staff, very clean and new, parking included, the mini bar in the room is free and they offer also for free fruits, cereals and Nutella’s in the restaurant whenever you went to eat, especially as a late night snack! They have also a very nice gym. The bus station to the center is just crossing the street and very easy to use ( bus 93). We had a very nice stay in this hotel!!!"

"The listing is misleading. The fact that there is no elevator and no one to check you in is hidden in the fine print very well. Expedia did nothing to assist with this issue and even one agent was snarky enough to say: you should have read the whole listing. I appreciate Luauna who helped by making sure we were only charged for the one night and then the owner of the restaurant helped my party get to the train to Vienna."

"If you are late to this property, it can be a challenge to get in. Thankfully, Expedia came to the rescue and someone came to help. This place was deserted! Pretty sure I was the only one there. While there were mentions of bugs and cleanliness issues in posts, I didn't notice any issues. The place was decent, but there is nobody to help if you need it and it's a walk to everything (but not that terrible). For staying on a boat, it was a neat experience, but I'd recommend staying in the city...

"Great hotel very close to main square and other tourist points of interest. Room was massive and bathroom was much larger than expected. Room was right next to street but very few cars allowed and not a main thoroughfare so very quiet. Staff were really helpful and all spoke good English. We love history so the idea of staying in a place that has some parts over 700 years old is a bit surreal. For a quirky surprise try the underground balcony. Totally not what we expected. "
