“Excellent position!”
Hotel is excellently located in the old town and had a wonderful craft market outside while we were there. Also close to the Danube so easy to get to boat trips. Lovely restaurants nearby, had a great time am booking a second trip!

“Location is Perfect”
Breakfast great. Room comfortable, good size and most importantly very clean. Bed could have been a bit better quality but the AC and flat screen TV made up for that. Great washroom, internet access. Staff from the front desk to the breakfast staff very pleasant. Completely enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would go back again. Time to get the gym finished however, how many years has it been on hold?. You can walk to everything you want to see and do from this hotel.
“Great Bratislava Location and Lodging”
Charming, friendly, and very modern. I would like to spend a few more days here next time we are in the area. Great location to opera, restaurants, and shopping.
“Good but not 4star good”
This is overall a nice hotel, it looks very impressive from the outside, the lobby is nice, the rooms are nice and clean. There was one mishap when we were told at check in that breakfast is included. When we came down the following morning, we found out it actually wasn't. If I didn't ask we would have had to pay 50 euros for it. 25 Euro per person is ridiculous as you can get the same stuff 5 mins away for about one fifth of the price. Don't get tricked! Slovakia has a lot to learn in regards customer service, sadly.
“Good standard in old town”
This is a large, modern, well visible hotel walking distance from Bratislava's old town's most attractions. If you are looking for clean, comfortable room the standard is very good. The check-in was slow. The information on departure was inprecise. I missed my bus because the guidelines were not good enough to take me to the right station at the right time.

Grand exterior, but less grand interior. However a sensible place to stay, even if the interior lacks character. Staff: OK but that's all.
“could have been better”
Room was OK, Hotel is in a great location though. fresh stains on the bed and couch though were a huge problem for us. Beyond that, not really another place to stay that's better, if you call that a review
“Perfect Location”
The Hotel is in a perfect location.... right on the main square in the old quarter.The room was very clean and comfortable and quite luxurious except that they forgot to replace any used toiletries and the complimentary newspaper that came with the business class room failed to materialise. However, if I was to go back to Bratislava I would definitely stay here again.
