"This was a great place to use as a base for our 6 day stay in Launceston. very centrally located. Handy to IGA and Woolies. We like to shop locally then mainly do our own cooking so the really well-equipped kitchen set up was ideal for us. (Maybe some instructions on the use of the microwave + a Microwave safe dish or two for reheating, cooking veggies etc. We bought a DECOR one, suited us just fine.) We're linen, cotton, and wool bedding folk so the lovely SHERIDAN linen sheeting and...

"The view is just amazing, the place is huge, peaceful and quite. Very well equipped. On the downside: there is no spa or hot tub, be prepared to take your rubbish with you (would be nice to know before you arrive!), 4WD driveway, no firewood, fly screens need to be changed (holes size of a fist). Still we had an enjoyable stay and can highly recommend this accommodation Thx Gabi and Artur"

"Modern and Convenient at Newstead is exactly that! A great base to explore Launceston and surrounding areas. The house is well stocked, with great facilities for cooking and washing. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and supermarkets are only a short drive away. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!!"

"Ideal property for a family or a couple stay in Launceston The property has been renovated to a high standard yet keeping the terrace house feel As it only has one bathroom with separate WC located on the first floor its not ideal for several couples to stay The dining room & kitchen are yet to be renovated but we both had a good stay"

"We found this ‘little gem’ exactly that , a real gem! Beautifully presented and well equipped with all we needed for our week long stay in Launceston. Attention to detail was amazing! Our host was friendly and super helpful when we struggled to to find our information on how to get in after an unexpectedly longer flight than planned. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely choose to stay there again!"

"The home was spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. We walked into town on several days - no need to find somewhere to park the car - and sampled some of the excellent food offerings. (Tatler Lane for breakfast was a hit. The outdoor areas were large and provided plenty of space to relax. Parking the car was a little challenging at first due to the steepness of the drive, however we soon got the hang of it. The owner was quick to respond to queries and provided helpful information."
