Was there for bussiness in Chicago, if you can avoid the traffic into town location is not bad. Kids loved the pool.

“Right off I-290!”

This hotel is very easy to reach via I294 & I-290. It had free parking and and a great breakfast buffet. Very congenial staff and the room was very clean...microwave, fridge, sink, etc., were nice extras.

“Home away from home!”

We are frequent visitors to Chicago because of family ties. After trying many hotels we have chosen the Springhill Suites as our home away from home. We pay no more for a suite than we would for a room, the full breakfast is awesome, and the staff are pleasnat & helpful.

“Chicago Weekend”

The hotel was in a great location for us. We were visiting relatives and needed to be somewhere in between downtown Chicago and our family's home in the north suburbs. The hotel rooms were large with a kitchen area (fridge, microwave, sink and cabinets). Rooms were clean, comfortable and very well kept.

“Loved the location -- will definitely return”

We had an excellent experience: friendly staff, clean room, and very good breakfast. My only complaint (and it's a minor one) is that the sink is located outside the bathroom. We've found this in several of the hotels we've recently stayed at. Because I'm an early riser, it's impossible for me to clean up, fix my hair or put on make-up without waking my husband. We'd very much prefer the sink in the bathroom, but other than that we were very happy with the hotel. And, we can get to it without going through Chicago with it's traffic!

“Great Deal”

Check in was quick and simple. Hotel was near the airport, but not the reason we stayed. Room was clean and comfortable. We had a deluxe suite with 2 double beds and a seperate sitting area. The bed was very comfortable. It was a quick one night stay and was perfect for our situation.
