“Great hotel!”

A great hotel--friendly and helpful staff, clean and modern room, great restaurant, and a location on the Miracle Mile to die for. This is our new go-to hotel in Chicago.

“Hidden Gem!”

Hidden gem of Chicago Hotels. The staff was absolutely excellent from the time your town car pulls up, to the time you check out. For a mid-level hotel, I would highly recommend. The Omni was a very pleasant surprise, I will be staying at the Omni on my next visit to Chicago.

THIS WAS A BIG SURPRISE IN CHICAGO...! OUTSTANDING LOCATION. VERY SPACIOUS AND COMFY ROOMS AND BEDDING. 676 RESTAURANT WAS FANTASTIC ALSO.

Perfect location on the Mag Mile. Only all suite hotel in that area so you have plenty of space. Highly recommend it.

“Great hotel and location”

The Omni is centrally located in downtown Chicago. It's close to everything that you would want to do. We stayed in a top-floor suite. It was very nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bed was comfy as well. Though, we were at the same hotel with friends and they thought the bed was too firm and not comfortable just a heads up. I would say that the rooms are great they are starting to show a little bit of their age though. I noticed a few stains on the carpet in our room, it wasn't enough to make the room feel dirty or uncomfortable - I think they'll probably do some updating in a few years. Room service was great. 676 is a cute little restaurant in the hotel, we had breakfast there the morning we left and service was great as was the food. My friend tried a few times to get an appointment at the spa without much help, I'm not sure why it was such an issue. Overall I had a great time and would stay at the Omni again. Rooms were quiet.

“Great place in a great location”

Great location. Stayed at the Omni with my son for a long weekend and really enjoyed it. Staff was helpful and friendly, wait and bar staff were great too. Housekeeping did a great job and the room was better than I expected. Again, the location is great. We were able to walk to most of the things we wanted to see and taxis were always available for the further sights. Room service was good, restaurant was good (not great) but it is a hotel restaurant. There are plenty of very good dining options within a short walk. Will definitely stay here again.

“Amazing Staff-Room-Location.”

The Staff was amazing. They did above and beyond to make sure we were able to enjoy Chicago and our stay there at the Omni Hotel. The location of the hotel was perfect and in walking distance to ALOT of great resturants, shopping and sights of the city. The room was very clean and modern. We will definetly chose this hotel again for our next visit.

“Girls' weekend: architecture, museums, jazz, food”

Roomy suite for a girls weekend in Chicago. We added a roll away twin to the room and still had plenty of space.
