“Nice little joint”

I was staying the weekend for a Chicago vacation. It's not the hotel's fault, but I wouldn't say that it's conveniently located for frequent trips to the city; it's a whole lot of toll roads and traffic between Elk Grove and the city. That said, our room was far bigger than expected, and the beds were exceptionally comfy. The service was great and the staff were helpful and friendly; disregarding its distance from Chicago, it was a wonderful place to stay. (And, now that I know my way around the Chicagoland area a little better, I would actually not turn down another stay there.)

We had 1 problem with a spotted sheet but desk person attended to it immediately. very nice people with smiles.

Not an upscale hotel, but you don't expect that at this price Nice, clean place.

“Very accomodating”

It turned out my dad needed some special handicap accommodations--handles in the shower. The room we booked did not have those but they gladly changed the room to put us in a suite at no additional charge. It was a very nice room. We both slept great and they had breakfast in the morning.

“Great Place to Stay”

This hotel is quite a find for the price. It's not fancy but it's clean, well-maintained and comfortable. Unfortunately, my travel partner and I both came down with the flu while we were in Chicago and ended up having to stay in our hotel room for a couple days. The staff was accommodating and sensitive to our needs. They even looked up the address of a local medical center when we decided we needed to see a doctor after midnight when we were at the worst point of our illness. I needed to stay an extra day beyond my reservation to recover and it was no problem. The staff was great. The hotel is not too far from O'Hare, but it's quite a haul to the Chicago Loop. That would be the only negative in my book. I would most definitely stay here again.

The whole transaction went so smoothly I was waiting for something to go wrong. The hotel staff was very nice and accomodating. Yeah, the room was small but it was sufficient for what we needed. Very nice!

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. It was small, but if you don't have any plans of hanging out in your hotel all day, it's perfect. The place was very clean, the bed was comfy, the breakfast was great. Don't hesitate to book a room here! it's a wonderful place to stay!

“Can't beat it !”

It was only 6 miles from the Rosemont and an easy drive. Hotel and room were very clean-bed was comfortable, but could use better pillows.

“Good place for a night”

This hotel was great for one night. It was very clean and it was near the airport. I would not want to stay more than a night or two only because the airplanes overhead were pretty loud, the walls were a little thin and the bed was not all that comfortable. However, for the price, it was EXCELLENT! I would definitely return for a bargain stay. There were also a lot of decent places to eat nearby and the hotel staff, although not overly friendly, were very polite and nice.
