“Extended Stay America-Chicago/O'Hare”
Asked Front Desk for a couple of extra pillows to be put in room which never appeared. Other than that, the beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. Would definitely stay there again.

It was reasonably priced, quiet and clean.

A really comfortable, convenient hotel. This was our second stay and we'll probably be back!

This hotel room brought me back in time when I rented my first apartment. It had everything I needed for my stay. It reminded me of my first studio apartment. I would go back to this hotel in the future.

The bed was really firm. And they didn't provide extra pillows. We would up getting a room on the smoking floor. The hall to our room smelled horrible. the room was small and the kitchenette wasnt that clean.
“Get's the job done”
One thing I prefer is a pick up at the airport. I thought there was a shuttle pickup, but I was mistaken - my fault. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was overly sprayed with airspray such that I had to open the window to let it air out for my allergies sake - and it's cold now in Chicago. Probably wouldn't stay there again because of no shuttle (and the cabbie got lost getting there - his fault). With shuttle, I would.
“Extended Stay For Extended Not Short Term”
I have no issues with Extended stay. The staff was pleasant and helpful and the room clean and adequate. The hotel is after all an extended stay property with low cost rooms. If you are a business traveler with needs for a full service business room this is not your location. However, if you are on a long term assignment or on a budget or both, this is more than adequate.
