“A GREAT PLACE TO STAY IN THE THREE VALLEYS”
Astoundingly good value. 25 minutes additional time in each direction in the bubble lift to get to Meribel is a great trade-off for price to the standard of hotel, the size of the rooms, the facilities (swimming pool etc). Also, arriving in snowy weather you don't need to put snow chains on, because Brides les Bains is at 550 metres and the roads are regularly cleared. A winner.

Very pleasent hotel and service was outstanding. The room was very clean. The only remark is that rooms may need a face lift.

The staff were very helpful and very pleasant, nothing was never too much trouble. We were on half board and the food was very good, breakfast had a great choice. The room was comfortable and tidy but showing some age on the desk, other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is both historic and modern, with a 100 year old banqueting hall that appears to have been sympathetically fitted out relatively recently as a restaurant with new decoration and furnishings. The en-suite twin and double rooms we had were clean and functional and appear to have been relatively recently re-decorated. Views from outward facing room balconies are fabulous. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the bar friendly and welcoming, but we dined most evenings with friends in Meribel so we didn't try the restaurant. The reception staff were very helpful and efficient throughout our stay and we would definitely stay here again.
