clean room. A bit dated, but good quality for price. no sheets or bedding in booking but can hire, but just be aware as not very clear! great location. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but found on roadside up the road a bit.

Linen not included had to pay extra, had to leave a large deposit. Reception barely open, and contact number never answered or responded. Property not very clean on arrival, but for the price the property was pretty good. Pool opening times not convenient for use in conjunction with skiing!

Should have read the reviews before booking, I experienced most of the negative comments i read in the reviews including unfriendly and unhelpful staff ( rarely someone at reception even at advertised times), penny pinching and hidden costs ( had to pay for sheets and pillow cases and buy our own toilet roll) no parking, an advertised pool that shut at at 6pm, a broken Jacuzzi.

Appt needed sweeping on arrival. Severe black mold on bathroom tiles - They might notice that I eradicated it for them before leaving. Instructed to download and print the pre-filled check-in form I duly did so - they didn't want it. They wanted the same info (except emergency contact) on a different check in form on arrival. No mention anywhere that towels and bed sheets are charged extra - they didn't even ask if I wanted them on my arrival. Reception hours are completely different from those published via Expedia so they were closed when I returned to ask about sheets. Ski locker didn't open with door key (as they are meant to) - no solution offered just a shrug from reception. Public areas are not effectively cleaned. One of two lifts broken on arrival - fixed but broken again by end of week. No onsite staff to deal with late-night rowdy residents. Generally a very badly managed accommodation which could be so good with some actual effort. I won't be returning.

Studio pour 4 tout a fait correct et propre même si pas très moderne, par contre être au 1er avec vue sur le parking pas terrible et pas rassurant pour la sécurité.

Very basic accommodation. No actual bed in the apartment only sofa beds which are not real beds or as comfortable. No toilet paper, no towels or sheets unless you pay extra or bring your own. Also you have to clean the apartment or lose your large deposit. No reception apart from limited hours. Reception staff are pleasant. Also limited parking. Would not return to this residence as I like sleeping in a proper bed.

We thought this place had hotel facilities but it was more a self catering back packers. For 350 pounds we were “treated” to bunk beds with uncomfortable foam mattresses, had to ask for bedding! No duvet just sheets provided. Pillows in the room were old and stained and lumpy and to add insult to injury we had to pay an additional 200 pounds holding deposit and had to make sure the grotty room was in tip top shape before we left. (We pray we get this back) The pool was closed and on site restaurant never open. Very disappointed....

Le jour du départ ma femme a du aller aux urgences et être hospitalisée. ( durée 15 jours ) J'ai demandé, par la force des choses une annulation gratuite ou pour le moins à 50%, en fournissant bien sûr,le bulletin d'hospitalisation pour pièce justificative. Strictement aucun geste humain de compréhension ni de compassion de la part de Hotels.com et de la part de Lagrange, devant un cas de force majeure. Aucun remboursement. Comment voulez-vous ne pas être grandement déçu?

Affordable apartment in 'comute' Village Brides les Baines with shuttle ski lift to ski area Meribel. The Village got everything one need with shops and restaurants. The pool and sauna (closed) was however not very fresh.

Etablissement médiocre

Arrivée à 18h15 à Brides les Bains, nous avons étaient accueilli par la réceptionniste de l'établissement qui nous a remis les clefs de l'appartement, s'en suivront les questions réponses suivantes : Q:"disposez vous de places de parking ?" R:"j'en ai plus, on m'a dévalisé" Q:"comment on accède au sauna ?" R:"il ne marche pas, vous voulez la tv ?" Nous avons donc pris la télévision en option, laquelle nous a été apportée mais avec une télécommande qui ne fonctionnait pas. Inutile de préciser que le téléviseur ne disposait pas de bouton en façade pour diminuer le son ou changer les programmes. L'accueil étant ouvert que durant 2h en soirée, nous avons du attendre le lendemain pour réclamer une télécommande. La personne à la réception nous a promis qu'elle nous en apporterait une directement à l'appartement, cependant, celle-ci ne nous l'a jamais apporté... Dommage! Je ne recommande pas cet établissement, je vous avoue que ne comprends pas même pourquoi cet établissement est proposé sur un site aussi sérieux qu' Hotel.com... (dernier point : pas de lit double, lits superposés uniquement + banquette avec tiroir très peu confortables).

Clean with good location

Great location. Clean rooms with kitchen and private bath. Quick walk to shuttle and not too bad of a walk to gondola. Please note that reception closes between 2 and 5. Sheets, towels, remote, WiFi extra, Daybed a bit uncomfortable but overall very happy with our stay.

Annonce mensongère tout simplement. Nous étions 5 familles de 4, avec 2 appartements de 8 et 1 de 4, nous avons choisi cette résidence pour le spa et la piscine que nous apprenons être HORS SERVICE depuis le début de la saison et ne fonctionneront pas avant le mois de Mars. Un des 2 ascenseurs également HORS SERVICE. J'ai une réclamation en cours depuis le 15 janvier...

toujours 1 tres bon acceuil.parking souterrain (payant) tres apprecié.appartement confortable avec tout a disposition pour cuisiner.literie confortable (y compris lits gigognes ).bien situé pour aller au télécabines pour meribel.il manque simplement des couvercles pour les casseroles.l'espace detente -spa est fermé pour travaux.le wifi est payant;ca ne va pas avec le standing de la résidence...

Nous avons passé un tres bon s jour, tres bien situé, apt propre bonne accueille par contre les service proposé fitness piscine hors service ! Fermé tt l annee et restaurant aussi mais d autre proximité, vente de pains et viennoiserie le matin sont aprecier ! On aprecie l acces tres accessible aux pistes en voiture ou telecabine

We were expecting a separate bedroom but as we were only 3 & all family, it was fine. The room was clean with everything you needed to do basic self catering. The cable car to Meribel was a few mins walk away but there was a free shuttle bus, if you wanted. Bonus was that we could buy fresh bread every morning in the lobby, which was great. The only down side was the state of the swimming pool changing rooms, the floors were dirty & didn't want us to go, although once into the swimming pool area, it was fine - take flip flops. There's a little Spar down the road & plenty of bars & restaurants in the area.

Very very good value! Highly recommend. Lovely little village only a 5 minute walk to the gondola that takes you to the main lifts.

Good size but dusty and broken fixtures

Apartment was very big. We had a 1 bedroom with alcove. It stated it slept 8, which it could do but there was only one toilet so not sure how comfortable it would be for 8. There were 4 of us. The apartment was effectively 2 bedrooms - 1 of them having no windows so they did not advertise as 2. Apartment was very dusty and had many many cobwebs. There were a couple of broken lights and both showers were broken. We complained within 24 hours of arrival. The day later we had to remind them and then they sent someone. He fixed one shower and then used gaffer tape to fix the other!! The lights were not fixed and they did not apologise for the poor cleaning or even help to clean. We did this ourselves.

Hôtel bien placé mais avis mitigé

etablissement simple à trouver, bon accueil, TV comprise dans la location, draps et linge de bain également. Les lits ne sont pas très confortables, le logement un peu poussiéreux avec des finissions très légères, pas de peinture aux murs.... + de l'établissement : le billard et le boulanger qui vient tous les matins dans l'établissement - de l'établissement : très mal insonorisé + voisins très bruyants (clientèle étrangère forte), piscine sale et vieille (aucun plaisir à s'y baigner)? Il faut payer le parking couvert. Les chambres ne sont pas très chères mais la qualité n'est pas trop au RDV, un établissement correct mais sans +. la cuisine est correcte la sdb aussi
