“Crimson dreams”
lovely place, the only derogatory thing i could say was the beach is man made. wonderfully wonderous staff, lovely accommodations, very quiet romantic place. my room was upgraded as they were only getting ready for grand opening and not many people were staying at the place, great food, the service was stunning.
“Amazing food and resort!”
The food here is amazing. The resort itself is great with a nice beach. The grounds and rooms were 5 star for sure. The staff is very nice, especially the room service and pools attendants. The front desk girls okay. Do not bother calling the front desk they simply do not answer. If you need anything just call the operator or room service.
“Very relaxing Wedding Anniversary Vacation”
Though items while at the resort are on the pricey side (considering we are in the Philippines) we had an incredible time. The resort is extremely beautiful and an awesome place to relax. So, overall it is worth it in the long run. Can't wait to return and explore Cebu.
“Excellent Property”
Staff extremely friendly; easy check-in and check-out. Used the resort airport shuttle which was very nice. Buffet breakfast excellent. Spa treatment wonderful.
“The best resort I've ever been to”
Upon arriving, my gf and I were totally impressed. The resort is almost flawless and so beautiful. The staff was very efficient and pleasant. After checking into the room, we were amazed by the cleanliness and ameneties that were offered. We quickly changed and went off to the pool. We swam and socialized for hours. I really want to go back right now. I highly recommend this resort to anyone wishing to relax in total comfort.
“Highly recommended”
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Crimson. The staff was, by far, the friendliest and most attentive staff of any resort we have visited. The beach was a bit rocky, but great for snorkelling. Many water sports are available and reasonably priced.
“Nice hotel...”
Nice hotel but too many Korean
“Relaxing Oasis”
Crimson was just what I needed. it was a very clean, comfortable room with beautiful pools and a nice ocean view. The beach was a bit small, but had enough room to relax next to the waves a get in a nice swim. The staff was incredibly friendly and the service was excellent. I would not recomend this hotel if you want to see the Philippines- it is very isolated in a bubble. however, if you are looking to relax and escape this is your place. I had mulitple experiences at the spa- it was amazing! took the boat out for a snorkeling adventure. The only thing the resort does not have is a variety in food/resturant choices. But, the menu they do have was good with many options to explore. one of the best hotel experiences I have had in asia .
“Good place to just chill”
The hotel was in the middle of management change and an airline cargo dispute, so some of this may not still be true. We arrived with our luggage lost, same cargo dispute, but the hotel was very helpful in keeping us posted on the progress of our luggage and getting us essentials. When our luggage arrived they had someone at the airport to bring it right to us. However, our room did not seem to be ready. The mini-refrigerator was not working, the safe was not working, and the lounge chair in the room was missing. The fridge and safe were replaced within 10 minutes of us calling, but we never got the chair. Restaurant and bar service were excellent and the food fabulous. The food was a bit pricey, but given to leave the resort and taxi into town would have cost more, we felt the atmosphere (we ate at the outdoors beach front) was worth the price. Our average dinner, with drinks, for two, was about $40USD. The resort offers some water sports and a program for kids, but there is nothing else to do around the resort. If they fix some housekeeping problems, and you want to chill, this might be a good choice, for not too much money.
“Nice hotel but needs to take care of more details”
Quite good location though not easy to find even for local taxi drivers. In general a good and comfort hotel to have relaxed holidays, but quite some details should be improved. Service is ok, but needs to get more training on how to treat international guests. please do not just because 80% guests are from Korea that all Asian-looking people are from there. It becomes an insult when different staff from the hotel ask every day whether we are Korean. We are not. Same very embarrassing question to ask single mom's kid every day where her dad is. We stayed during Chinese New Year, and it's nice that the hotel was decorated to celebrate it and also served Chinese food in dinner buffet. But the food was terrible enough and the tea was the worst thing I ever drank in my life. I almost wanted to say that I can give them some of the tea leaves I brought with me so that I don't feel so embarrassed. And can you imagine a 4.5 star hotel's waitresses use one-time-use chop sticks to do their hair? That isn't funny at all. In general a very comfort hotel, but quite some details can be improved, e.g., pls don't give us the old and torn towels, pls allow the guests to have place to dry their swimming suits and some clothes in stead of hanging them on chairs on the patio. By the way, the chairs on patio aren't that clean at all.
