“True France”

The location is almost right beside the fortress, merely a 5 min walk at best..The actual street the hotel is on has sidewalk cafes, museums, bars, corner shops, etc..Not one souvenior shop in sight!!! The hotel is located where Frenchmen live, work, and play..Contrary to popular lore, they were polite, helpful and quite willing to not winch in my face as I praticised my French on them!!..The inner courtyard of the hotel is leafy and tranquil and the ideal place to consume your breakfast or a bottle on inexpensive wine that the hotel sells..The best room to have is #19 on the 3rd floor ,there was a double bed for us and a seperate room with a single bed for our 5yr old, but beware there is no lift..The viewing platform (public) connected to #19 affords the best nighttime view of the illuminated fortress..100% satisfaction!!

“Quiet and Cozy Hotel”

Nice, quiet location. Cozy hotel. The Old City is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel. A balcony on the top floor of the hotel affords a good view of the Old City, ideal for photographing without the crowd. Breakfast is offered for a fair price, with a variety of food selection and beverages.
