"We had a fabulous time at Mas des Oliviers! The on site amenities were like having the benefit of a full private spa - with the heated pool, hot tub, hamman and sauna all within the villa grounds A magnificent view and glorious sunsets added to the atmosphere. The house was fully equipped and spotlessly clean, and communicate with the host very easy. All in all a wonderful week’s stay!!"

"The villa was fantastic, lots of space both inside & outside, extremely well equipped and a stunning view. The villa is conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk, to local shops. Take time to have a coffee in the square before heading to the boulangerie to pick up your daily croissants & baguettes - freshly baked - highly recommended! Our hosts, Laurent and Suze, were very hospitable and helpful. We are booking for next year and cannot wait to visit again."

"My family of five, including three young children, had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is beautiful with a great layout (both indoors and out) and lovely view of the sea. The kids enjoyed being able to play ping pong in addition to swimming in the huge pool. We especially liked the proximity not only to Cannes itself but to other nearby towns such as Antibes, St. Paul de Vence, Mougins and Valbonne by car and St. Tropez by boat. Great spot for exploring the Cote d'Azure in general!...

"We had an amazing week in Mandelieu and would thoroughly recommend this villa. Our three children loved the pool along with the table tennis and other games that were available for them. My wife and I loved the kitchen that ran out onto the balcony, making dining really easy, and the views of the sea and mountains added to an amazing experience. Everything was as it was described and we did not have to worry about anything- we shall be returning!"

"Large traditional villa in a great location within reasonable walking distance of beach , the centre of Antibes and Juan les Pins. Really lovely outdoor space with large pool. "

"Others have said this but the pictures do NOT do this place justice. The property is completely renovated and beautiful! Each bedroom has its own private bathroom which 1. Is so convenient for multiple people/couples and 2. Quite rare in France. The garden is a paradise with various levels to eat, bbq, chill at the pool and play in the massive garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools you need and we loved cooking fresh dinners and eating in the patio. The supermarket is 2 minutes...

"The house and grounds are really impressive and you could look at the view all day House is well equipped especially if you like cooking Pool was a good size and allowed you to cool off when the temperatures rose Drive down from the village took a bit of getting used to but we can confirm it is only a 20 minute walk up the hill and somewhat quicker on the way down Shops and restaurants in chateauneuf are good - check the marche paysant at the base of the old village for local veg produce"

"Villa even better than expected as redecorated in parts and en-suite bathrooms now added to each of 4 bedrooms. Shower doors to be added still (so temporarily wet rooms!) but a great plus to our group. All amenities provided. Beautiful pool and terraces with amazing views. Car needed for any distance and local shops / supermarkets. Local bus is 5 mins downhill from villa for Grasse and Nice airport. Train from (lower) Grasse to Cannes/Antibes/Nice/Monaco/Italy. Local taxi very helpful to...

"We had a wonderful vacation at Annes and Thierrys house. We were two families (4 adults and 4 kids). Everything was very clean, spacious and modern. Air condition in every room. We loved especially the big kitchen/living room with everything you need to cook for 8 persons, also the big fridge and freezer. Anne and Thierry are very nice hosts, showed us the house at arrival and we could contact them whenever we had a question. We can recommrend a stay at the house very much!"
