Sandos Cancun Luxury Experience Resort All Inclusive offers 214 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature MP3 docking stations and CD players. Furnished lanais open to sea, lake, or partial ocean views. Pillowtop beds feature triple sheeting, down comforters, and down blankets. A pillow menu is available. 32-inch plasma televisions come with premium cable channels, free movie channels, and first-run movies. Guests can make use of the in-room coffee/tea makers and minibars. Bathrooms include separate bathtubs and showers with deep soaking bathtubs and rainfall showerheads. Bathrooms are also outfitted with bathrobes, slippers, and makeup/shaving mirrors.
In-room wired and wireless high-speed Internet access is available for a surcharge. Business-friendly amenities include desks and safes, as well as speakerphones with voice mail. Spa
Spa del Mar has 13 treatment rooms including rooms for couples. Massages are available on the beach and in the spa; other services include facials, body wraps, and body scrubs. A variety of treatment therapies are provided, including aromatherapy and thalassotherapy. This garden view spa is equipped with a mud bath, a sauna, and a spa tub. Visitors of this spa can round out their time of relaxation with a trip to the boutique.
Children under 16 years old are not allowed in the spa without adult supervision. Guests under 15 years old are not allowed in the spa.

“Stacy in heaven”
This resort is a diamond in Cancun. Not a huge resort but especially quaint with extremely customer service oriented staff. They couldn't do enough. Talk about feeling pampered. The grounds were gorgeous and the pools were amazing. I spent most of my time on a mattress swinging in the breeze right on the beach. It was heaven. The food was a culinary delight at all the restaurants and so was room service. The room was beautiful and imaculate along with the bathroom which had both a tub and shower. The gym was top notch with state of the art equipment. The Spa was amazing. Would I go back? In a heartbeat! Wish I was there right now. Salomon and Claudia were great.
“Great Experience!! :))”
We have just came back from our vacation of 7 days at Sandos Cancun Luxury, and it was a great experience!! When we got there, it wasn't many people which is good! It looks like we owned the hotel and beach:)) so clean, quiet and peaceful place. But the Staff is amazing!!!Very nice and helpful people! 24 h room service available!!! Anything u need!! The only one thing I didn"t like it is that contractions next door, starting from 8 am to 4-5 pm but still wasn't that bad. Food was Ok,, other then that we really enjoyed time over there. A perfect place to relax your mind and body!!! Can"t wait to go back again! Thank you Sandos!!!
“One can find a better hotel for the price you pay”
As it has been renamed from LeMeridian to Sandos, I expected the hotel to have a new refurbished look. The hotel looks decent with lot of unfixed items. Don't know where to start and to end. Pros: Good pool Less crowded Polite and helpful staff. Chinese food show was good. Cons: Acceptable food Not a great Menu. Lot of broken items. Bathrooms are not good. Cheap drinks.
