“Friendly and Helpful Staff”

Very positive experience. Location is in a commercial area in Prato - not near tourist sites - so it's good for a business stay. Train station is about four to six blocks away - direct line into Florence in 20 minutes or so. Very nice breakfast. The hotel staff was friendly and extremely helpful.

“good value for money”

The hotel looks a bit run down, it could use a face-lift. The glass curtain in the bathroom was broken. Otherwise the hotel was clean. The breakfast was not that good, but is included in the price. A good location near the highway is good for exploring Tuscany.
