“Value for Money”

A value for money, comfortable motel. The reception was very friendly and explained everything on arrival. Breakfast was self-serve but economic and suitable.

The Reef Palms was very accomadating to our needs as a family. We were pleasantly surprised by its modern in room style. Very comfortable. Has everything you could possibly need.

This is a family friendly hotel and the proprieters are very welcoming and really put themselves out for your comfort and all your needs. Can't thank them enough. Would definitely go back again.

Staff were fantastic and went out of their way to help especially Dad and Daughter. It was great value for money as the rooms had all kitchen facilities. Even though it is a little way from city centre this was offset by free shuttle to city centre and drop off to reef excursions but the walk back along the broad walk was very pleasant in the evening. We were personally taken to the airport all for nothing to allay any anxiety about getting there on time. We really enjoyed our stay.

Really nice room, clean, spacious and quiet. The only thing that could have been better is if they provided a shuttle to the airport.

“Superb motel-excellent value”

The fully equipped suite was superbly maintained and spotless clean. The owners, Dave and Sharon were extremely helpful and provided a free shuttle to the jetty terminal. The only draw back is the location being far from the town center/restaurants. However there are several small markets, deli, and fish and chip places which are quite good.

I enjoyed the greatest hospitality there. I could arrange everything at the reception. Thank you for that. That was my second time in a month and can't wait to get there back.
