"After reading so many bad reviews about this hotel before our trip, we even thought about cancelling, but I’m glad we didn’t. The location is fantastic, everything is within walking distance, including Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Grand Central, Bryant Park, and more. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic, but enough to start the day. Yes, it was busy, but we always managed to find a free table. The elevator system was not as bad as we had read either, during the whole week, we only had to wait more than 5 minutes for the elevator once."
