“Stayed on a Tuesday night”

“I'd definitely go again”

hotel is briliantly situated at walking distance from city centre and the main shopping areas. it is also at walking distance from one of the main bus stations which was very convenient. in average, it takes 30 mins or less by taxi from the airport. the hotel overlooks a very nice scene and is also quiet. rooms are adequate and beds are comfortable. breakfast offers a diversified menu that caters to most tastes inclduing a veggie option. nearby are some nice restaus and cafes inc two floating restaus.

Area recommendations

30 mins away by bus is Bath which is very scenic and cute. Shopping centres are very convenient (The Mall and Cabbott Circus) Overall, city centre is cute

Getting there

I took connection flight but if you have time you can go from LHR by train. Train station is close to city centre (need taxi)

What to pack

with England, you must have a jacket and an umbrella no matter when you travel (even in the summer)

Bristol offers a lot of shopping opportunities that is good for all budgets

very friendly workers, great hotel restaurant (and great restaurant on the river across the street), great location in the city.

There's a place around the corner called O'Briens that makes really great hot chocolate and toast!
