“Very central”

Great location. Could easly miss car park entrance it is in Charotte St not Albert St. Hotel staffwe very pleasant. Will stay there again.

“Great for extended travlers”

This hotel is great for extended stays where you can make your own breakfast / lunch if necessary. 1. Washer and dryer (great if you've been traveling for a while) 2. Kitchen (This comes in handy when the farmer's market in front of Treasury Casino is open) 3. Closer to a super market within a nearby mall with about 5 minute walking distance. My only complaint is the fact that the elevators takes forever to get up and down on the upper levels, besides that everything was great.

“Great Location”

This fully self contained apartment hotel is located one short block from the Queen Street Mall and is surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Ask for a unit with a view. The beds are all king sized and are very comfortable but all of the pillows are very high with no flat ones available. This was my fourth stay at this hotel in both one and two bedroom units.

“Not Impressed”

I was very impressed with the location of this hotel. Unfortunately there were alot of small things that let it down. On check in I was not told small details such as the doors being locked at 6pm (after which you need your key to get in) or that you need your key to operate the lift. In the room, the bathroom needed attention. It was quite shabby and the shower had mould in it. I understand that the rooms are not fully cleaned on a daily basis but on the three days I was there the cleaning staff left many things not done. Hair was left lying in the bathroom,rubbish left oin the bench but the action that surprised me the most was washing the glasses. Two dirty glasses were put in the dishwahser on their own. One came out with lipstick still on it (mine) and was put away for others to use. Overall I was disappointed in this property and probably would not stay here again.

I think the Hotel needs a make over and rating needs to be reviewed. I think 2 stars suits, not 4.5 stars

Hotel accommodation was better than expected. Room was extremely clean and comfortable.

“Great Location”

Very busy weekend for this hotel - some of the cheapest rates online for Brisbane City that weekend. The room was clean and the staff did their best with so many people trying to check in at once. Getting in and out of the security parking and lifts was a bit tricky before we got our room key and after we checked-out. There was a lack of signs telling you what level you were parked on so make sure you take note of the voice in the lift. Great location and comfy bed. Clean bathroom and kitchen. I'd stay here again.

“Convenient City Location”

I stayed for 8 nights in October 2010. The central city location, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and transport was great. The clean apartment contained everything I required. The only negative for me was that I was given an apartment which had noise from very loud fans on a roof opposite. After the first night I requested a room change which was arranged immediately by the friendly staff with no fuss. The next 7 nights were very quiet. This was my second stay this year and I will stay there again.
